Shipping and Processing Policy
As a reminder, USPS ship dates are estimates, and refunds are not offered if you do not receive your package within those estimated dates. The majority of our orders are delivered on time; however, USPS does occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
Processing time is the time it takes to create your order. Shipping time is the time it takes to be delivered to you once shipped. Purchasing expedited shipping will not change processing times. Please contact us with questions before purchasing, as orders are not subject to cancellation after your transaction is completed. Processing times may be temporarily extended during high-volume seasons, so please refer to individual listings for specific information. “Business days” are M-F. USPS holidays are not considered business days as mail service is unavailable these days. The total processing time of multiple items will be determined by the item that has the longest processing time.
Should an order shipped with Priority Express Mail be delayed, we can often obtain a refund from USPS for shipping charges. If an item is lost with PE mail, customer must wait for us to go through USPS' claim protocol for a refund. USPS does not allow this process to begin until approximately 8 days after item is expected to arrive.
