We do not offer refunds for our products and Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards are not replaced if lost or stolen.
Unfortunately we I don't offer refunds, accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any product errors that have occurred due to custom mistakes. This includes customers providing incorrect spellings, colors, logos, font styles, images, and designs. A proof will be emailed for all customized orders and must be be approved by the customer before starting any request. If the error is on our end, we will be happily send a replacement.
If for any reason your product arrives and is damaged or incorrect, please take a picture of the item with the original packaging and send it to us asap or replacements will not be approved. once we’ve received and inspected your image we reply letting you know if the replacement is approved or not. If the item has to be remade, please allow 7-14 days to process your replacement.
- Exchanges or replacements are not applied to items that are damaged due to the customer not following the Care Instructions.
